Meet Our Advisors
At Camp Collage, our goal is to provide campers with something they use forever. Some campers repurpose their collage in their bedroom wall, some keep as a memory, and some give to grandparents when camp is over.
To make sure Camp Collage serves the camper community in the best possible way, we have recruited some. of the most experienced ADVISORS in the summer camp industry. When advising our team, we all have one goal which is the campers experience.
Our Advisory Team
Bill Robertson (Global Advisor)
Bill serves as advisor to many summer camp related organizations. As part of a family legacy camp dating back to 1939, Bill is a proud advocate to Save Our Summer! It would be difficult to find someone who is more of a camper advocate than Bill Robertson, the camp director for Camp Longhorn, Inks Lake Girls Camp. As the son of Julian “Tex” and Pat Robertson, the founders of Camp Longhorn, Robertson has always lived the orange blood life.
“I was born and raised here,” Robertson says of the camp, which is located at 1 Longhorn Road in Burnet. “When I got out of college, I started working at the girls camp. I’m the youngest of four siblings, and we’re all involved. My wife, Carol, and I work together to make sure the counselors and campers at Inks Lake are happy.”
Jason Silberman (East Advisor)
Jason Silberman is the Owner and Director of Camp Matoaka, a girls’ overnight camp located in Smithfield, ME. He is an active member of the camp community, having held prominent leadership roles at ACA New England. Currently, he plays a central role as the treasurer of CODA and co-organizer of CODACON, CODA’s annual business conference. Jason resides in Weston, MA with his wife Leslie (affectionately known as “The Real Boss”), and their three children: Brett, Carly, and Chase. Adding to their family dynamic, they also have a Bernese Mountain Dog named Otis.begins with an idea.
Cody Mauldin (Southern Advisor)
Cody has been with Camp Olympia for the past 30 years first as a counselor, then as the boys’ camp director and now serving as one of the head directors at Olympia. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Kinesiology. Cody has served as the president of CAMP (Camp Association for Mutual Progress) and is the current president of CODA (Camp Owners and Directors Association). He has been accompanied on this journey by his wife Michelle and their two sons Paton and Cade.
